Can I make changes to my subscription?
If you choose a rolling subscription, you can pause or restart this anytime. Simply log in to your membership portal.

When do I get my first book?
We send books out during the last week of each month. If you need your subscription to arrive by a certain date for a gift, please let us know.

I already own this month’s book. What should I do?
Pass it on to someone else, and we’ll send you a different book to replace it.

What should I do if book hasn’t arrived?
Please let us know by emailing hello@thegoodbookshop.co.uk if your book doesn’t show up and we’ll dispatch a replacement immediately.
